Be a Mentor!
Join our MVP (Mentors for Vocational Pathways) Program and get connected with a refugee or immigrant client who shares your passion for your career field.
- At
least 1 month commitment
- 2 in-person meetings per month AND communication in between
- Encourage and support your mentee in achieving his or her goals
- Provide advice, guidance, and constructive feedback
- Serve as a sounding board for ideas
- Expand your mentees network of contacts and resources
- Be open to learning from your mentee
